Changing Directions Counseling Services, LLC., provides outpatient mental health counseling services to Children, Adolescents, Families, and Adults of all ages. It is conveniently located at 4 Hartwell Street, Suite 306, Fall River, MA. The location is handicap accessible and reachable by public transportation.
We provide clinical outpatient services for the surrounding areas, including, but not limited to, Assonet, Berkley, Dartmouth, Dighton, Fall River, Freetown, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Somerset, Swansea, Westport, as well as nearby areas of Rhode Island, such as Bristol, Tiverton, and Warren.
Please note that a Clinician may be available to see clients in the office, schools, homes, and/or workplaces.
